甘鯛原來係一種可以帶魚鱗食嘅魚種黎,師傅話要係淋油後連魚鱗帶著魚肉一齊慢烤至熟透。賣相亦都好特別,魚鱗層層交疊猶如蜂巢一樣咬落非常酥脆,與魚肉嘅軟嫩形成強烈對比。醬汁原來亦大有來頭,係師傅特別調製嘅枝豆松露醬,大愛呢道菜🥰

曾經去過伊勢住過一晚,當地因為近海,所以海產即撈即食異常鮮甜美味。將蝦膏連北海道海膽一齊煮,令本應雪白晶瑩嘅龍蝦肉頓時沾滿啡黃色的海膽汁,口感與味道味道更為香濃味美,蝦肉新鮮咬落質感爽彈。

呢塊A5和牛油脂分布均勻,師傅輕輕煎至五成熟,只係加少少岩鹽調味,切成粒狀,已經令人一啖一滿足😈

其實未食和牛已經飽飽地,不過要特別介紹兩樣看似唔起眼但原來好好味嘅菜式🤙🏻

原來前者係呢到嘅得意招牌菜之一,咬落似脆版嘅西多士,邪惡但好好味🤭而後者就係用咗15斤𨋢魚只夠煲50小碗,再加薑、豆腐煲成嘅湯,真材實料,趁熱飲啦🙌🏻

我已經宣佈投降,所以最後只係叫廚師煮一碗香蔥櫻花蝦炒飯比男朋友就very good enough了😸偷偷地試咗一啖,飯粒炒得乾身,調味亦都適中唔會太咸,very骨呀!

個人比較鍾意食柚子味,綠茶略嫌太重奶味,我自己鍾意濃茶味多啲🤞🏻

食好西總係有100個理由說服自己,但今次真係完全冇後悔山長水遠入嚟元朗搵食,不論是備料、刀章及火喉拿捏都值得我下次再Encore💫
