Restaurant: Be My Goose

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裝潢 - 帶有點中式色彩 地方闊落 整潔 係舒服嘅🥰
員工禮貌程度 - 絕對可以接受 個個都笑容滿面 真係實在難得👍
呢度係用QR code落單嘅 所以都唔會有落錯單嘅機會 而上菜速度 正常接受範圍啦 大概10分鐘左右上第一個餸

呢間餐廳主打潮州嘢 一心就係諗住食滷水野
但係已經全部售罄 😨😨😨

咁就唯有試吓其他小菜…
1. 煎蠔烙 $118 - 真心好好味😋 首先佢係絕對唔油膩 蠔仔份量多 又夠Juicy 唔會過咸 值得推介嘅… 👍👍👍

2. 杏汁花膠豬肺燉湯 $58 - 本身都真係好鍾意呢個燉湯 因為屋企一定唔會燉先啦😝 味道超濃郁 係有一條花膠同五大片厚豬肺片喺入邊嘅 算係真材實料啦…. 略嫌佢嘅杏汁磨得唔夠細滑 飲落去有點粗糙…

3. 萵筍炒牛肉 $118 - 呢個就失色喇 😥最敗筆嘅地方係d牛肉真係落咗好多鬆肉粉 完全冇肉味 萵筍切到勁薄一片 味道方面真係冇乜特別 如非必要 可以唔叫🤫

4. 最後一道餸 海王美極粉絲煲 $138 - 熱辣辣嘅煲仔菜 味道調得啱啱好 夠乾身 但又唔會黐埋一舊 真係唔錯 😋亦奉行左少油少鹽少糖嘅準則 👍 有蛋白碎 帶子粒 蝦仁仔 份量合理

埋單嗰陣時 我有問d 員工點解咁快就賣晒 佢笑住話:冇諗過新開張就咁多人幫襯… 所以食物方面就預少咗 😅😅😅
咁即係要比多個機會 我再嚟食多次啦 😂😂😂 不過都真係值得試多次嘅😗
