To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇過最近三个月的食評，好多負評，但因为有買一送一，故不惜以身试食。今日係平日，去到門口冇人排隊，有多少不安，但只係$200一個人，只要勝過連鎖快餐店已经算勝！入到裹面，有卡位，有多人枱，佈局清優，距離寬敞，已感觉良好。一開始試食魚生區，有5款，雖然不是頂级，但勝過同尖沙咀区KOWLOON HOTEL, ROYAL PACFIC, HUNGHOM HYATT, KWUNTONG 如心。再去食龙虾🦞，嘩，鲜甜到冇朋友，斐翠螺，大虾，青口都OK,新鲜可接受。之后再享用中式熱菜，同一般中式酒楼差不多。推介咖哩牛肉，非常香濃。最后試甜品，雖然只有數款，但食得出系出厨房不久，非常有近厨得食之感。Last but not the least,M 字頭ice cream绝對可以補償各位甜品控！今年試左6間$300左右的lunch buffet，呢間平日价只系260一位，best of the same class
