To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚約左一大班朋友一行十幾人去潮州百樂又食潮州野喇!至上次食完潮州小館後,對潮州菜念念不忘。 環境風格都不錯,坐底後飲番杯功夫茶,醒醒胃先~ 我地先叫左幾款前菜: 打頭陣....登..登...登... 凍蟹兩大隻呀~~ 上菜速度都OK,擺盤十分吸引,蟹肉鮮味十足,非常新鮮~~令我十分回味~~ 卤水鵝片好大碟呀!鵝片厚薄適中,非常入味!底下仲有入足味的豆腐~胡椒豬肚湯入口非夠辛口,冬天飲暖胃,豬肚有咬口,不會太硬,配料十足⋯⋯正呀!炸蝦,炸蟹丸好食到呢?勁熱~又好彈牙呀!我個人喜歡蝦丸多D,夠晒滑夠Ma⋯⋯香煎蘿蔔烙似足薄撐,潮洲野,好香,可口。蘿蔔絲煎到帶點軟軟,棉感出晒黎另一至愛,糖醋麵驚喜滿分,師父手勢好到整左個心型,哈哈!超脆口,加糖或加醋一樣咁好食仲食左其他野,整體都不錯。甜品時間~不得不吃的反沙芋,好食到無朋友,個芋頭好香呀!咬落去好軟棉,又熱口,飲埋啖茶,好滿足再黎個南瓜仔雪榚濃郁南瓜味次餘,個造型十分吸引原來黎緊百樂潮洲50週年,下次叫埋家人再黎食過。
