天氣開始轉涼,尤其是呢幾日就特別凍,除咗打邊爐之外,其實韓燒都係一個唔錯嘅選擇,都係可以對住個熱辣辣爐。我特別中意你喺呢度食韓燒嘅原因,係佢嘅食物質素非常之好,尤其是我好鍾意食嘅帶子,全部都大大粒又夠厚身,咬落去有肉感,正。仲有大大隻嘅虎蝦,一隻虎蝦嘅長度起碼有我個手掌咁大,食落去啖啖都係肉,有啲總會有蝦膏添。仲有每一次都必點嘅呢一個牛肋骨肉,一片大大片嘅,係由一舊牛肋骨切開,佢嘅肉汁同埋脂肪嘅分布非常之好,食落去之後佢嘅肉質韌度剛好,而且仲有好濃烈嘅牛香味,千祈唔好錯過。除咗燒烤之外,呢個生拌牛肉都係我嘅最愛,每一次去到韓國我都一定會食架。我特別鍾意係佢嘅牛肉再拌上雪梨,本身生果同肉係唔同嘅組合,好似會怪怪的,但係估唔到呢兩者配合上非常之突出。冬天就話可以食下韓燒,如果夏天真係唔鍾意食,覺得熱辣辣嘅話。呢度淨係食韓式嘅小菜都會有好多唔同嘅選擇,仲會有二人或者四人套餐選擇tim。
