To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日晚上,一班友人來到尖沙咀的南海一號,享受醉人美景美食。我們被安排坐在室內中庭,靠窗位置後來得知需要最低消費,值得與否就見仁見智。我們首先點了蒜泥白肉,豬肉肥瘦適中,蒜泥新鮮,配上少許辣汁確是開胃前菜。至於脆皮素鵝的餡料豐富,豆腐質感有層次,炸皮香口,熱度夠我們今天席間有食素的朋友,特意多點幾道素食,幸好這裏的選擇也不少這道羊肚菌質感特別,倒是醬汁過稠,有點粘口。班腩以煲仔呈上,溫度保持之余更有焦香。正蘆筍清新,蒜味更為突出,食材的確要不時不吃。最後既貴妃飯飯粒有點過硬,湯汁蝦味濃唯獨偏鹹,不過作為填肚的主食也不錯的眾人度過了一個歡愉的晚上,為大家繁忙的日子裏增添一點甜。
