Restaurant: Be My Goose

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次去咗間餐廳試嘅美食真係令人拍案叫絕,鹵水鵝肝拼鵝片嘅潮汕特色好突出,賣相滿分不講,個鵝肉嘅腍滑同肝嘅濃郁味道,平衡得好好,搏得到食客嘅一致讚賞。食下去嗰陣間,真係覺得舌頭都要嘆為觀止,正宗好味道!話說返嗰個紅燒燕窩,令人意猶未盡,簡直係滋潤每一寸乾渴嘅味蕾。然之後上嚟嘅海參扣原隻鮑魚,更加係一絕。啲海參腍得黎唔失嫩感,每一啖都帶有海嘅鮮味,而啲鮑魚更加係鮮甜彈牙,食落有種說不出嘅滿足。黑松露露笋炒帶子嗰道,真係結合咗山珍海味,每一樣嘢嘅味道都唔混亂,反而互相映照,出奇嘅協調。每一啖都係享受,令人不自覺咁用餐巾抹口,怕漏咗每一滴珍貴嘅汁液。總括來講,這家餐廳嘅菜色珍貴而唔撲俗,堪稱一場味覺上嘅流金歲月。呢啲菜式滿足咗我哋嘅胃,都滿足咗我嘅追求,一餐飯落嚟,盡顯貴族風範!真係值得再嚟幾次,嚟次小聚,品嚐潮汕美食之餘,都可以感受下潮流氛圍。👏🍴👍
