跟公主分手了數星期,實在沒有心思再寫文了!不過為彌補心靈的空洞,難免先要滿足一下口肚之快!廚師發辦 Omakase 已吃過了數次,但天婦羅 Tempura Omaskase 就真的沒有品嚐過!所以今天晚上特意來到中環九如坊,看看這間新開業的店舖是否如此佳,探過究竟!舖內環境寬敞舒適,裝潢用上淡黃色的實木,蠻有日本風!師傅身穿素白色的制服,頭帶白色的日式廚師帽子,感覺頗為衛生專業!店舖蠻有空間感,但提供的座位只有十數個,下次再來的話,真的先要訂位方行。侍應小姐友善的給我奉上了餐牌,提供三種不同的套餐,包括:10 品($780)、15 品($980)及16 品($1280)。我當然選擇了最昂貴的十六品的 Omakase,當中包括 16 件天婦羅、開胃前菜、沙律、刺身、茶漬飯或天丼和甜品,心想都頗為豐足。在等待的期間,身旁座位的日本人不停與師傅咕嚕咕嚕說過不停,但眼見兩位經常面露笑容,心想一定是讚不絕口!再眼見師傅用上淡淡金黃色的紅花油,真的令人滿心期待。不久,開胃前菜的溫泉蛋奉上了。特色之處是把醬油製成啫喱狀,晶瑩剔透再配上小黃菊花瓣幾片,彷彿是大師級的藝術傑作!口感冰涼,富膠質黏感!溫泉
