最近去完日本🇯🇵,仲心思思緊當地居酒屋🏮,比我發現中環Stanley Street 有間裝修同日本當地居酒屋好似嘅日本餐廳~ ✨Shio 塩✨~日式和風裝修感覺真係去左日本一樣,店員會先送上沖繩黑糖薑茶暖身暖胃之後就品嘗今晚晚餐🍽️!前菜:鱈魚白子、七味蒜炒雞腳筋、醬燒支豆吸物:雞白湯清酒煮蜆刺身:銀雪魚、帶子、牡丹蝦炸物:櫻花蝦炸豆腐碗物:雞白湯丸子串燒:牛舌食事:真鯛五目什炊鍋飯甜品:燒波蘿鱈魚白子:依樣係冬日限定補品,好多日本人都會選擇當刺身櫻花蝦炸豆腐:用上日本豆腐加沾上蘭王蛋汁再配櫻花蝦,外脆內軟真鯛五目什炊鍋飯:五目係用5種蔬菜:枝豆粒、本菇、甘筍粒、栗子及黑 薯糕再加上越光米餐廳🍴水準同係日本當地無分別😋,要回味日本風味可以去~✨Shio 塩✨👍🏻~#shioyakitori
