之前只係食過一次火山石燒既牛扒, 可能個間質素麻麻所以對呢樣野冇特別好感, 所以今次黎之前都冇話特別高期待,揀左一個哥士牛扒300G ($118)同西冷牛扒180G ($118), 門口買左飛就可以入去自助裝飯/湯/沙律吧,湯都未筆完牛扒就好快黎到呢塊哥士牛扒黎到就咁望落已經見到中間好水潤. 用叉壓下佢仲會動L動L咁樣岩岩黎到連影相都要快, 如果唔係就好快會過熟, 因為塊板真係好熱厚切切開中間大概3成熟, 反一反佢燒多兩三秒就要拎走如果唔係就食唔到5成熟因為放上飯面餘溫都會令佢繼續熟5成熟既哥士牛扒肉質好緊緻彈牙可以落埋台頭上面既岩鹽, 黑胡椒同其他調味料, 自助區有大概5-6款醬汁選擇, 但有隻唔記得名既「牛扒汁」兩個人都認為係最好食,另一塊叫左180G西冷呢塊唔知係咪因為180G既關係, 黎到明顯已經熟過另一塊好多表面都有D乾柴肉質有D韌, 但肉味重D, 平D既哥士牛扒反而好食好多, 但兩份牛扒都係同時上同切最後點知羅宋湯先係最有驚喜, 有一大煲比你自己任裝, 入面極極極足料, 除左D渣多之外, 仲有大量牛肉, 一殼湯都可以搵到幾舊肉飲落好鮮甜仲勁重牛肉味, 成個湯都好濃, 仲比我
