To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇人介紹嚟食羊，好似話係傳統蒙古羊嘅菜式餐牌都有好多羊同雞嘅選擇，仲有得打邊爐見到碟頭飯$6x冇加一勁抵，男朋友最愛炒羊雜，香港冇乜地方食到咁平又好食，有肺有肝，完全冇內臟嘅腥味雖然碟頭飯，但係碟餸都唔少另外仲嗌咗碟回鍋肉，雖然唔係傳統嘅川式做法，但係都好惹味，洋蔥雲耳比好多羊蹄筋第一次食，好彈牙，送酒一流蔥爆羊肉，呢個就唔夠前面兩碟出色，始終羊腩都要炆完夠腍夠入味先會好食，但係啖啖肉非常滿足羊肉餃皮脆入面爆汁，不過都係就咁食一嚿嚿嘅羊肉開心啲見隔離打邊爐啲羊肉卷都好正，下次再試
