To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

週末造訪Grand Hyatt Tiffin Buffet Dinner，早就聽聞Grand Hyatt Buffet 出名，今次book唔到Caffee試下Tiffin羊架，威靈頓牛排任食，質素佳。龍蝦每客一隻，坦白來講太細生蠔，蟹腳不甚新鮮，不滿意，其實都有點奇怪，因Tiffin較樓下caffee相比主打西式buffet，但西式中的海鮮不靚也不新鮮甜品：雪糕質素高，抹茶茶味重，巧克力也夠味。蛋糕亦非常attractive。環境靚，打卡好去處價位ok，1000每位

環境靚，打卡好去處
