今次係第二次嚟幫襯,門口見到生意都唔錯,難得,喺疫情之下都仲有能夠坐滿七成客人嘅食店,水準一定有返咁上下呢道菜我每次都有叫,因為佢真係整得好好食, 菇好多汁,配合留心蛋嘅蛋汁,更加Juice另外上面的芝士也很香,更能帶出冬菇嘅鮮味今次呢個係新發現呢道菜我係第一次叫,因為我見到隔離枱嘅客人好多人都有叫,所以試下,果然如我所料,真係有水準,首先,全碟好多蜆肉,係多到遮住曬蝴蝶粉蜆肉本身係好鮮味的一種海產,蝴蝶粉吸收左蜆汁嘅鮮味,再配合本身嘅醬汁,有口感又好味👍法式羊架非常鮮嫩,一啲都唔粘牙,而且佢用慢煮嘅方法去烹調,更能鎖住肉汁,而且肉質更加嫩滑牛扒唔使點多講,睇相都睇到,有牛味之餘亦保留到肉汁甜品,雪糕嘅味道還可以,最驚喜就係個梨😍好清甜、而且入口即溶有渣,我都想問師傅點樣煮到個口感咁好 總體來講,食物有水準,價錢合理,所以我會再嚟幫襯
