To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港少有羊肉專門店，這家更是將羊肉寫進招牌，主打蒙古菜式哦，非常值得一試。肚包肉湯（2個） 68HKD羊肉吃過，羊肚也吃過，羊肚包住羊肉就是第一次吃，羊肚裏面包的羊肉全部是瘦肉，不會覺得肥膩，附帶韭菜花醬，口感咸鮮，真是只有北方才能吃到！燒椒皮蛋 48HKD沒想過老闆直接上了一個臼讓我們自己搗……自己動手，豐衣足食！搗皮蛋非常有趣，成果也非常美味就是了，青椒和皮蛋組合真的很解暑，也很開胃！黃金炸饅頭（6個）38HKD沒有點主食，就來份炸饅頭！店家超級貼心，煉奶快用完還幫忙refill了！脆脆甜甜，好味！當歸羊排湯 68HKD超級足料，羊排非常嫩滑，湯頭夠清，喝下去有很重當歸味道以及其他很香的藥材香氣，超級滋補，一定要嘗試一下羊排湯！
