To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美中不足，略嫌唔環保

今朝早同阿媽落去食早餐，之前一直想試，不過時間就唔啱。今日終於食到啦，款式唔算多，但都叫有得揀，個麵嘅豬骨湯好濃又唔會太鹹，啲餸同麵都好好食。不過正如標題所寫，美中不足嘅就係店裡面所有餐具都係用即棄嘅，唔知係因為呢排疫情關係，定係餐具嘅成本問題，但我都係覺得用即棄餐具略為有啲浪費。小店加油😳🇭🇰
