肉中夾着一層薄薄的軟筋,是所有牛部位中最嫩滑的位置。😳

頂葉片燒至7,8成熟,

外層焦香,裡面則保持肉質柔軟多汁,

牛味更是濃郁,好食到絕對要食過返尋味!😋

整體來說,

「鳥居」用料講究不馬虎,

而且串燒無論海鮮或肉類,火候都控制得剛好,

味道出色!👍🏻

是一個可以與三五知己開懷小酌的好地方呢!🍻
