朋友約我喺中環食飯,佢話有一間好好味嘅日本🇯🇵串燒,一定要同我一齊試吓,朋友咁有誠意,咁我就梗係奉陪啦😆一去到餐廳門口,見到好多櫻花裝飾,粉紅色,相當吸睛😍我哋叫咗好多串燒一齊share嚟食😆- $28嘅「秋葵」、$32嘅「青椒仔」、$34嘅「汁燒豆腐」:秋葵同青椒都新鮮,簡單好食,燒完之後鮮味更集中😋;豆腐就外皮煙韌裏邊好滑,素菜同豆腐上面都加咗 鰹魚乾😋- $42嘅嘅「鹽燒腩肉🐷」:半肥瘦非常甘香,廚師👨🍳似乎只係落咗鹽,食到豬腩肉嘅原味😋- $48嘅「蘆筍豚肉卷」:薄豬肉片包住蘆筍,味道清新😋- $38嘅「雞翼🐓」:外皮燒到脆卜卜,雞肉就好多汁,呢個燒雞翼睇落簡單,但係顯出廚師👨🍳嘅功力💪- $56嘅「牛舌」:有啲咬口,充滿牛味😋- $52嘅「燒鰻魚」:味道鮮甜😋- $98嘅「燒明太子」:燒咗嘅明太子放響青瓜片🥒上邊,仲加咗柚子,有淡淡嘅柚子清香味,呢個配搭好正😋- $42嘅「鰻魚粒飯團」:飯團🍙外邊燒到脆脆哋,裏面嘅米飯就Q彈😋,加埋鰻魚粒非常味美😋食完之後我讚朋友冇介紹錯😊
