To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日再次來到茶木午餐，位置坐得舒服，上餐也很快。這次點了雞扒滷肉飯和水果茶。人不是很多，坐得很舒服。茶木的menu設計好靚，賞心悅目。雞扒滷肉飯很好吃，它的雞扒油炸得剛剛好，不會太厚粉，肉質嫩滑有肉質。滷肉拌飯超級美味的，滷肉選用肥瘦適中的豬肉，非常下飯。而且米飯很香甜，還配有半隻滷蛋，青瓜解膩。水果茶很好喝，裡面有不同的水果例如火龍果、西瓜、百香果等，很fresh。對這一餐非常滿意，下次還要再去試試其他食物。
