To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信大家都吃過元氣，食物的質素是不容置疑的。沒有特別的餐點, 但水準一向十分平均, 不會令人太失望....但是，這間上環的上菜服務快得令我驚訝，我們才剛坐下來，點好菜，茶還沒來得及來，食物便從輸送帶送到我們面前了，而且是源源不絕地送上來的! 基本上不到十分鐘，所有食物都來齊了，如果下班很餓的朋友，我絕對推介這家元氣，比茶餐廳更快哦! 但是食物的質素一點也沒有改變，我最愛的日式蒸蛋仍舊香滑又多汁，烹調得剛剛好，不會太熟太生!晚上8點後入座可以要等一下桌子，我們七點半入座，便沒有要等的問題。但是要等的話相信也很快啦!
