今日放假,決定係荃灣黎個美食之旅。講到美食。好掛住樓下既瑞士雞腿。冰室依然保存住好多懷舊野。冰室夠大,冷氣夠,作得好舒服,好chill。瑞士大雞腿。成個雞腿咁大隻。見到都興奮,雞腿好伶身,發光,外觀好靓。雞肉好入味。瑞士汁入晒雞肉。好濃郁。汁同出邊唔同,有陣甘甜既味道。好特別。濃郁既瑞士汁,唔怪得係招牌菜。有好多瑞士汁係個碟度。可以點其他野食。因為呢個汁真係太甘香。滑蛋叉燒飯。成盤都係蛋。好大份。啱啱整出黎,好香好熱。叉燒加滑蛋真係超好既搭配。滑蛋既質感滑又痴痴地,蛋味又香。好好食。叉燒有啲部位係有少少肥肉,更加滑。呢個飯煮得真好。醬油撈上去,簡單但好味。綠椰冰。呢杯凍飲係冰室必飲。所以就叫黎飲。椰汁味好濃。粒粒綠豆係底,好多。椰汁陪綠豆好奶好滑。飲完好舒服。
