To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友踩單車入大美督食lunch，經過有間叫芭堤雅嘅泰菜，見到有喇沙食咪入去食，諗住d車都係放街邊啦！點知佢有私家路比我地放，入到去坐仲有冰水比我地飲，大熱天時真係救我地一命，跟住叫左冬陰功肉片湯河同喇沙食啦！個冬陰功湯底唔太辣啱晒我地，而個喇沙都幾好食喎，湯底勁濃又冇腥味，d配料又吸晒d湯，好味食完之後睇到個餐牌寫住不加味精，唔怪得食完都唔覺得口渴啦！埋單走仲問我地水樽駛唔駛加水，真係好下次踩單車都黎lee度食
