一大班同事話去試下酒吧食lunch, 我又未試過就即管去試試。我叫左份澳洲西冷牛扒飯,本來係諗住無咩期望,食落就覺得唔係普通貨色。本身材料選地係澳洲,所以肉質較嫩,而medium rare確係時間剛好,肉汁鎖死之餘,肉色仲係紅紅地就最正。由於預先用黑椒調味,所以簡單的調味已經令肉味提昇。伴碟醬汁仲有薯蓉醬,除左可以點塊扒之外,仲可以當薯菜咁食,我鍾意呀~
