今天在銅鑼灣工作,順便在附近晚餐。在SOGO後街搵餐廳,看到這店門餐牌,價格合理,內堂地板乾淨,所以試下。在卡位就座後,做最重要的事:點菜。牛脆骨麵 牆壁上<每日限量供應>標題,所以想來一份。 牛脆骨,氣管也。真身好似孿孿扁意粉,還夾著半透明筋膜。軟骨不太硬容易咬,口感似竹筍,蓮藕,無需太多牙力就可享用。牛脆骨本無味,但伴著濃稠的醬汁,鹹度就是剛剛好。餘下的醬汁滲在湯裡,撈麵一流。牛魔王河粉 自己喜歡牛雜,又想要牛腩,所以點牛魔王。一碗有齊不同部位,可以解決選擇困難症。牛雜牛腩鋪得滿滿的,視覺上就覺得抵左。抵食過澳門官x街果d牛雜囉! 最喜歡軟綿綿牛肺,金錢肚也喜歡。牛腸帶油香,牛腩就變得失色了。假如牛蒡都可以轉為牛肺就更好了!食牛雜牛腩,個人偏愛配河粉。河粉沒有鹼水味,不會影響味蕾對牛腩牛雜的感覺。而牛腩牛雜的油脂跟河粉也很和諧,一定伴著腩汁湯底及葱蒜一起享用!麻辣墨魚鬚 口痕痕,就想來一份。墨魚較粗身厚身,口感較明顯。香茅雞翼  三十蚊五隻,價格合理,所以來一份。雞翼即點即炸,熱辣辣。炸皮不厚,香茅味不太濃,肉質嫩滑,肉汁豐富。最後,來一杯凍檸茶,正呀!
