To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚跟朋友來到大角嘴，想食台灣菜便想起這店。我們到店時時間尚早，人客不多，但過了一會，人客蜂擁而至，很多捧塲客。月見蚵仔鮭魚蝦卵魯肉飯（$108）大大碗的魯肉飯被滿滿的蚵仔、魚子、蝦卵所覆蓋，中間加上一隻鮮蛋黄，份量十足而且賣相吸引。所有材料都很新鮮、肥美飽滿，物有所值。鹽酥雞魯肉飯（$66）鹽酥雞炸得外脆內嫩，十分香口。魯肉飯味道香濃混合在白飯中，很美味。朱古力咖啡（跟餐$26）朱古力與咖啡味道配搭得恰到好處，而且十分香滑，不會太甜。阿薩姆紅茶（跟餐）飯後喝一杯香濃的熱茶，十分舒暢。
