又到銅鑼灣行完街後,在附近找了間食台灣菜的店舖。招牌牛肉麵,湯底是濃郁的牛肉湯,麵是手功刀削麵,煙煙韌韌,很彈口,有口感,牛肉鬆化,上面洒上虫草花,好好味。松露玉米起司蛋餅,餅皮一層層包著煎鴨蛋,芝士及玉米粒,蛋味香,餅上加上松露醬,好味。台灣夜市小食~麻婆臭豆腐,蜂巢豆腐吸入了醬汁再加肉碎一齊食,味道不錯,跟香港的臭豆腐食法不同,好特別。著名淡水名物~奶奶麻糬,用日本鮮牛乳加木薯粉做成,口感香滑,軟綿綿,入口即融,再加黑芝麻粉,很香。鳳梨苦瓜汁,苦瓜的苦味與香甜的鳳梨味,非常夾,好飲。玫瑰荔枝梳打,清香的荔枝味及玫瑰花香,少少甜,很好。
