週四晚和家人到尖沙咀閒逛購物,行畢於尖東和牛燒肉‧純用膳。餐廳裝潢以原木和風配置為主,大堂用餐區不大,反而卡位廳房多,是晚亦被安排安座於卡座,私隱度較高,方便閒談歡聚。甫入座後,先喝下一杯溫熱茶水,再慢慢挑選美食。餐廳的餐牌用上iPad裝置,每款食物皆附上相片參考。選定美食後,可直接於iPad下單,不經人手。想番看已選美食也可使用裝置,十分方便。在開始品嚐各式燒肉之前,先點上沙律刺身等冷盤作開胃前菜。豆腐沙律以田園沙律菜、豆腐、車厘茄、雜椒及脆麵包粒製成,面上再加上少許木魚碎作襯飾。沙律菜都幾新鮮清爽,配上惹味麻醬汁更為可口。豆腐粒豆香比較輕盈,滑度普普通通,和脆麵包粒一起吃,一軟一硬富層次感。至於刺身,只隨意點選了帶子刺身一客。帶子色澤潤白通透富光澤,味道甜美新鮮,口感帶爽。因刺身下方放置了數片檸檬,帶子亦輕輕沾上點點清新酸香,有助引出當中鮮味。接下來是燒烤時間,依慣例先品評的海鮮。點菜時為求方便,簡單地要了一份海鮮盛合,內含鱈場蟹腳、車海老、鮑魚仔、帶子及魷魚五款海鮮,基本上可一次過試盡餐廳所提供的海鮮款式。鱈場蟹腳有粗有幼,肉質結實。通常蟹腳食味普遍偏淡,但這次的蟹腳卻較預期蟹香

Other Info. :
餐廳位處希爾頓大廈,設有停車場,泊車方便。但餐廳無提供免費泊車優惠,則配套有欠全面,希望店方考慮一下增添此服務!
