To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行到炮台山附近尋找咖啡小店，見到一間《smoko》門外及店旁只有3張枱，而座椅是一些辦公室轉轉椅，戶外位置的枱上還放置一個咖啡渣的煙灰盅，感覺都幾簡約樸素，店中的咖啡都是nutty為主，產地來自巴西及印尼，我杯黑咖啡油脂都好美，有少少nutty香氣 ,不過aftertaste較弱，舒適順喉，沒有苦澀及果酸，味道比較單一及平均橱窗放了精美咖啡紙杯想起今日都未食午餐，不如就選擇一個combo$65,牛角包餡可以選擇吞拿魚蘋果碎蛋、蟹柳牛油果、雞肉芝士或煙三文魚雜菜，我選擇後者，牛角包形狀較大隻，最欣賞牛角包帶微熱又鬆化脆口，微鹹帶油潤的煙三文魚配上酸甜醋香的沙律菜，真是醒胃又不膩口，😘環境始終向馬路的內街，都有不少車輛行過，靜中都有少許吵雜，幸好行過的途人晤會太多，舒適度都還可以啦
