最近聽同事講,食太多肉會令人特別攰,因為消化肉類係會用多啲能量。今晚去黃大仙嘅一間素食自助餐,順便同一個食素嘅朋友聚一聚。位於商場頂樓,地方寬敞,夜晚比較靜,啱晒同朋友傾計。食物種類亦都多樣化,有素刺身,中式冷盤,沙律,咖喱角等炸物。自助餐有非常多嘅熱食餸菜,炒飯比較清,炒麵惹味。我好鍾意食豆腐,亦都欣賞佢哋嘅炸豆腐,香口結實,但唔油膩。香濃嘅羅漢齋,鹹香嘅欖菜四季豆同咖喱薯仔,都非常適合餸炒飯。今晚試咗清涼香甜嘅腐竹糖水,同埋清熱解毒嘅羅漢果茶。我哋試咗唔少養身嘅糕點,紅棗糕,薑汁糕,桂花糕。最後以豆腐雪糕作甜品。今晚嘅素食自助餐十分豐富,吸收我哋都需要嘅蔬菜纖維,非常滿足健康嘅一晚。
