To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近聽朋友介紹屯門有間大排檔好好食，位於屯門蝴蝶廣場熟食亭C1號，喺區內都幾出名，間嘢提供地道港式大排檔食物。住喺附近嘅朋友推介，今次約埋朋友一齊嚟體驗下香港大排檔文化嘅獨特魅力。我自己點咗一個餸菜，「黑椒乾炒海鮮烏冬」，個烏冬集香辣、鮮美於一身！！烏冬麵條真係好彈滑，黑椒香氣濃，微辣刺激恰到好處。海鮮都幾多，分別有蜆肉、魷魚等等，真係鮮味十足。豐富口感，食得好滋味！而且醬汁稠度都好適宜，滲透每一條麵條與海鮮，成碟都好好味！香辣鮮香的完美結合，令人一試難忘。下次嚟屯門都會再專登過嚟食，推介！！！
