星期六放假到粉嶺探完外母,行了一陣商場,肚子餓想起到联和墟街市醫肚,就到海記美食坊,一坐低先送上一小㷛例湯,足料鮮甜無味精,點咗枝竹火腩大鱔㷛,鱔魚有7-8件,都算新鮮$88的價錢,算是超值不過火腩略嫌過火燒肉皮是燒黑了的,芝士焗牛仔骨伊麵底$78,芝士味濃有四大件牛仔骨鮮滑伊麵足有三四人份量,二個人吃不消,加一碟椒絲腐乳通菜,啤酒二支凍檸茶一杯,$250多元都算超值。
