To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近不停見到人分享食大閘蟹既相,搞到我都好想食,係google search一下,決定黎e間試下。入到店內,感覺到e間餐廳應該係主打食蟹的。大閘蟹上台時待應問我要唔要幫我拆蟹,然後佢好快手就幫我拆左。隻蟹好好食,就因為咁,我幾日後又去食多次兩次食既蟹品質都好好。蟹粉豆苗真材實料,啖啖都有滿滿既蟹粉,好邪惡呀e碟好似叫醬爆牛肉,麻麻地。仲試左個炒年糕,年糕都幾好食。感覺主打餐牌既菜式應該最好食。餐牌仲有個蟹粉包,見到隔離枱有叫,好似食得好滋味咁,下次我都要試下另外待應都好細心,佢係我就黎食完隻蟹,就拎薑茶俾我。以為老店d服務態度一定好差,但e間係100分

e碟好似叫醬爆牛肉,麻麻地。

仲試左個炒年糕,年糕都幾好食。
