大埔好多人都話多野食,不過近年就愈來愈多連所餐廳,我就比較鐘意幫襯下自家小店,今日就同朋友去左係大埔既郭仔記粥麵專家。店頭自家經營,我第一眼就留意佢地既車仔面,仲有好多唔同既小食,我就同朋友點左一個沙嗲牛柏葉,沙嗲魷魚,仲有兩碗車仔面。首先講講沙嗲牛柏葉,煮牛柏葉既時間掌握得好好,滾水拉熟爽口彈牙之餘唔會有雪水味同腥味,淋上沙嗲汁同食令到本身滾水拉熟無味既牛柏葉立即變身,沙嗲汁充滿蒜香同蝦米嘅香味,夾到牛柏葉既口感。之後就講講佢個沙嗲魷魚,魷魚就用上大大條原條水魷,特點係多肉彈牙同魷魚鬚大大條,經過老闆自家既處理之後魷魚唔會有雪腥味同鹼水味,保持到彈牙同肥厚既肉質,就算係切開都有一定既長度先可以有口感同賣相,配合埋沙嗲汁真係色香味有齊。到車仔面啦,份量好足一定夠正常男士食得飽!配料份量多之餘品質都好好! 唔好睇佢平民嘅賣相,佢哋嘅魚蛋係用咗陳皮魚蛋爽口彈牙仲有好濃郁嘅魚味同陳皮香,清湯蘿蔔食落口無絲魚湯入晒味,豬紅唔腥仲好有咬口呢樣真係香港無幾多間車仔麵店可以做得到,韭菜拖左油香口得黎慢慢索晒湯既味道!平民小店嘅食物賣相的確未必會有連鎖餐廳咁精緻,但係食物裏頭嘅心思同人情味有時真係連鎖

平民小店嘅食物賣相的確未必會有連鎖餐廳咁精緻,但係食物裏頭嘅心思同人情味有時真係連鎖餐廳係比唔到你嘅,大家路過就支持下啦!
