紅燒乳鴿,揀呢個紅燒乳鴿嚟做前菜真係最好不過,乳鴿燒到皮脆肉滑,一人得一舊真係有啲唔多夠喉,下次要嗌多隻先得。漁村小炒王,我不嬲都好憎小炒王呢一類嘅菜式,因為我覺得係一咋下欄嘢炒埋一碟,不過今日表姐嗌嘅呢碟小炒王令我對呢類菜式刮目相看,廚師將味道拿捏得好準確,平時喺其它餐廳趙到起哂渣嘅韭菜花喺呢度出奇咁鮮嫩,啲蝦乾仲好似鮮蝦咁大隻,腰果夠脆,難得嘅係連魷魚都係新鮮嘅,用料一啲都唔下欄,讚。金蒜蒸北海道元貝皇,元貝隻隻都好大隻,粉絲索盡元貝嘅鮮甜味,加上蔥蒜豉熟油,好味到不之得了。上湯加拿大龍蝦,兩舊水有成兩隻大龍蝦,上湯個味道都夠濃,令我懷疑係咪嗌咗芝士焗,龍蝦肉爽口彈牙,無得輸。
