晚飯在「港滙軒」,大堂寬敞無柱障礙,還設有貴賓廳房,方便客人家庭、商務飯聚。前菜小碟蘿蔔,微酸爽脆很開胃,蘸少許辣椒油吃,味道又有新層次!點選兩款小菜和泡烏冬:馬友煎黑豚肉餅~肉餅煎得很香脆,適當的馬友帶出肉餅鹹香,是挺美味的!黃金魚皮蝦球~炸魚皮和蝦球已經很香口,加埋黃金(鹹蛋黃)如錦上添花,增添色、香、味,令食欲大增。龍蝦湯西施泡烏冬~雖然兩款小菜下飯送酒皆宜,但我們都楝龍蝦湯西施泡烏冬,龍蝦湯口感綿密幼滑,味道鮮香,泡烏冬吃別具風味,配上特大帶子與爽脆蝦球很有滿足感。
