To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日讓自己享受的一天,在靜中帶旺的尖沙咀,要讓舌頭細味香港美食。首選了法國生蚝,鮮甜厚實,海水味濃,正,加上Sangria。。。愛那果香仲要甜甜的,超開心海膽多士,激賞,推介必食,海膽大健又滑又甜配多士,那軟硬口感令層次更豐富。瑞士芝士沙律就有d失色,唔夠熱,流動感不足,眼球未震撼到時當然有我最愛的火箭菜,咁就算啦。烤原隻雞又係一絕,全隻雞任何位置也嫩滑可口,雞皮仲燒到脆卜卜,必點之一。八爪魚意大利飯又要讚一番,八爪魚熟度剛剛好,但咬就開,唔易煮到。當然意大利飯能做到all'onda的口感,掌聲。當然甜點有:芝麻蛋糕,橘子蛋糕,綠茶蛋糕,椰子蛋糕,嗰個都好好味唉…唯一煩,就係要找收據,先出post ,有時唔係自己keep 單,又有排審批,好彩仲有。。。唔好彩,已掉了
