將軍澳食中心開左間岩盤石燒牛扒店，呢度係採用自助形式，不設加一，入面的座位寬敞，乾淨衛生牛扒部位選擇多，有牛柳，肉眼，西冷，牛板腱，後腰三角肉同封門柳，份量都可以自行選擇200g-400g，無論細食定大食都有得揀，仲要加$28跟餐有3樣嘢選擇（白飯/味增湯/溫泉蛋/沙律/飲品/雪糕），都幾抵食，保證夠飽我呢個係300g既蒜油肉眼，加咗$28沙律，溫泉蛋同檸檬蜜，塊扒好厚身，好多肉汁好Juicy，肉味香濃，配埋個醬汁味道啱啱好，點埋個溫泉蛋嘅蛋汁就好似食緊壽喜燒咁，有驚喜嘅係原來牛扒同蒜蓉都幾夾，蒜香可以提升牛扒嘅鮮味
