今日朋友帶領下到油麻地衛理徑南華會南華軒食晚飯。朋友介紹這間乃老香港懷舊粵菜,所以在此安排飯局。到達餐廳店員好快就安排好座位,裝修都好精挑細選好老香港情懷。今日朋友點了茶壺功夫湯,百花釀蟹鉗,菘露醬珊瑚帶子,花菰肉絲脆燜龍躉頭腩,砂窩咸肉帶子炒飯。茶壺功夫湯:有雞,豬肉,龍眼,五指毛桃,海底椰,瑤柱。非常足料,好精緻每人一個茶壺既湯。湯好清甜,肉汁味濃。用茶壺倒出杯仔飲湯,我都係第一次非常有趣。百花釀蟹鉗:蟹肉鮮味可口,炸得金黃外脆內熱。揸住黎食加上酸甜醬汁非常好味道。菘露醬珊瑚帶子:好香菘露醬味道,帶子珊瑚蚌新鮮鮮甜好味道。花菰肉絲脆燜龍躉頭腩:花菰有口感,味道都好好。肉絲肉質好夠淋。走過油既龍躉外面脆口,再用醬汁燜夠晒入味。龍躉肉質好,鮮味十足。砂窩咸肉帶子炒飯:熱辣辣既砂鍋,上枱店員就幫助炒一下以免因過熱燶。炒飯足料,非常乾身好味道。仲有甜品送,甜品係雜果涼粉。真係好耐無食過涼粉,好正。另外,要讚店員服務態度好好。
