To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時同朋友最鍾意週圍搵好嘢食,今日落咗銅鑼灣行街無意中入咗一間日式拉麵舖頭,食物質素好好。豚王 ,地址喺銅鑼灣登龍街18號v point地下4號舖,餐廳環境闊落,整潔,好有日式嘅風情,喺度食嘢感覺都幾舒適。幸海老王拉麵賣相勁吸引豚骨湯底味道濃鬱,加上辛海老多一陣辣味,味道好有層次,食落去又唔會太辣對我嚟講啱啱好,拉麵我比較鍾意食偏硬,食落去有咬口拉麵又彈牙。叉燒腩肉肥瘦均勻食落去爽口嫩滑,好耐都未食過咁好味嘅拉麵。豚王拉麵豚王拉麵湯底就真係最重要,湯底味道清甜豬骨味濃鬱,每一條面都掛上湯汁,加上蔥,豚肉口感味道都好豐富,真係好味到忍唔住成碗湯飲曬。日式煎餃子餃子煎到外面金黃色,食落去入面仲好juicy好多肉汁,食到好香嘅豬肉味，仲要熱辣辣，食到停唔到口

幸海老王拉麵
賣相勁吸引豚骨湯底味道濃鬱,加上辛海老多一陣辣味,味道好有層次,食落去又唔會太辣對我嚟講啱啱好,拉麵我比較鍾意食偏硬,食落去有咬口拉麵又彈牙。叉燒腩肉肥瘦均勻食落去爽口嫩滑,好耐都未食過咁好味嘅拉麵。
