約了友人在旺角見面,順道去花園街逛逛,兩個人邊行邊講。回程時想買點燒味回家加餸。記得之前曾試過大南街《燒味家族》的『脆皮燒腩仔』,覺得店子的腩仔不但外皮鬆化、而且肉質又嫩又 Juicy,口感極佳。當時店員還力 sell 我下次一定要再來試埋店裡的『蒜香燒春雞』同『招牌燒豬手』;尤其是豬手,說夠大隻之餘仲皮脆肉嫩,十分抵食。反正店子就在附近,一於過去看看。既然一場來到,除了店員代為即席起骨斬件的德式燒豬手 ($88) 外,今次就一於買埋新推出的黑糖滷味拼盆 ($38) 試試。店員果然無介紹錯,隻豬手以透明膠盒盛載,份量勁足,拎起嚟非常墜手,而且拿上手時仍然是微暖。忍不住揭開蓋再看,香味即時傳出,而且望落去色澤嫩紅,狀甚誘人,若不是怕失儀的話,真想立刻拿起一件放入口。回家後已急不及待,立即把豬手放入焗爐內翻熱。即試一件,外皮咬下竟然還卜卜脆,而且豬手肉肥瘦剛好,吃下腍滑 Juicy,蘸點附上的自家製蜜糖芥末醬,味道酸甜清新,更能帶出豬手的肉香。至於盒黑糖滷味拼盆,一盒分成三格,入面就放有雞翼、豬頸肉和雞腎。翻查網上資料得知,原來個滷水汁是用了日本琉球進口的黑糖,加上甘草、花椒、茴香等廿幾種

至於盒黑糖滷味拼盆,一盒分成三格,入面就放有雞翼、豬頸肉和雞腎。翻查網上資料得知,原來個滷水汁是用了日本琉球進口的黑糖,加上甘草、花椒、茴香等廿幾種香料炮製;唔怪得吃時,覺得滷水汁的味道帶微微焦香。幾款滷味之中,個人最喜愛就是雞翼同豬頸肉,前者雞翼 size 雖然唔算十分大隻,但好味在吃起來整隻都滿是滷水的香味;而後者豬頸肉,除了滷得入味之餘,入口更濃淡適中,咬下啖啖肉。下次路過,一於買隻蒜香燒春雞試吓先得。
