To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次來這裏吃晚飯。價錢不低,但食物和服務都算不俗。刺身很新鮮,三文魚腩卷超好吃! 平常我不吃炸軟殼蟹,因為覺得很油膩。這裡的卻很爽脆,而難得保留鮮甜蟹味。炸豆腐很滑,但小心燙口😂 鰻魚還可以,但略嫌腍身了點,若難煎脆表面會更好吃。海鮮湯用壺盛著,有點特色。炸雞翼略嫌乾身了點。豚肉燒火鍋豚肉片有點"鞋", 不夠嫩滑。最後送的雪糕球豆腐味蠻好吃,莓味則也點藥水味。服務員很貼心,臉上掛著笑容。當你每次跟他們說"唔該"的時候,他們都笑著說"唔駛客氣"。服務也很好。若果以食物性價比較,可能覺得裝修可以再精緻一點。不過有這班窩心的員工,感覺還覺得不錯了。
