To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日和老公到上環稍息吃晚餐。京葱牛柳壽喜燒汁忌廉蓋飯這個叫了定食，配以茶碗蒸、枝豆，茶碗蒸很水潤，還有魚籽在上面。牛柳軟嫩，撈勻蛋黃和壽喜燒汁吃，味道更豐富，很驚喜的是居然是忌廉飯，很creamy，很讚。雞湯卡邦尼伴烏冬這個卡邦尼因為用上雞湯，所以是有湯汁的，和烏冬更搭配，好吃。豚肉卷豚肉片包著鴻喜菇，燒得很juicy，多汁美味。紫薯可樂餅挺大塊的，外皮很脆，包著綿綿的紫薯蓉，不錯吃。稍息昭和布丁布丁不是表面有層焦糖，而是整個布丁浸在焦糖醬裡，雞蛋味突出，口感幼滑。
