To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

環境方面：枱與枱之間不算太密集，但四人坐感覺有點迫，枱不夠大望海景，雖然不是維港景，但日落時大家也爭去打卡食物方面：總扣味道非常滿意，只有一道鴨/鵝肝配黑豬肉太乾身有點硬，肝太薄不夠油份，完全吃不出肝的油香味道另外這兒是一道菜上，吃完才上另一道，好處是保持温度及口感，但貪心鬼的我還是喜歡吃一下這味餸又吃一下那味餸，不過枱面太細，如果全部上菜真的沒那麼多位而且這裡菜色通常計位數的湯太好飲很甜但要一口氣飲完，就很飽服務方面：有酒店水平，會和客人建議上菜次序，加水加茶也滿勤力但有改善空間，如龍蝦沒給龍蝦鉗，要叫才有，可能没客人如我那麼寒酸要吃那龍蝦爪，但别浪費真的非常肥美，有很多肉，輕輕夾一下一條蟹肉就出來，
