泰式酸辣豬頸肉沙律,勁鍾意堆豬頸肉俾菜堆住,嗌沙律都係為咗食多啲菜姐,唔好以為佢用菜遮住就笠哂水啊,豬頸肉嘅份量都唔少架,而且醃得好入味,個泰式沙律汁集甜酸辣於一身,勁開胃。有機蘆筍,出面食燒蘆筍通常都係灑少少鹽花,未食過燒蘆筍係有醬汁嘅,嗰個綠色嘅醬汁,甜甜地之餘仲有少少青咖哩味,好特別。白豬肉腸,白豬肉腸燒得外皮微椒,微微燶咗嘅部位十分香脆,豬肉腸本身就已經好好味,不過個人建議可以點泰式沙律嗰個汁,會更加惹味。白鱔,白鱔用料上乘,一咬落去首先感覺到既係佢嘅新鮮彈牙,跟住白鱔嘅油脂就喺口入面傾刻爆法,爽啊。泰南雞飯,呢度嘅泰南雞飯同海南雞飯好相似,都係有個有味嘅油飯,而個雞就係點甜嘅醬油膏同埋一個酸辣汁,個油飯帶有好香嘅雞油味,淨係食飯都經已夠哂好味喇,而啲雞肉就出奇咁嫩滑,真係連雞胸都係滑架。

有機蘆筍,出面食燒蘆筍通常都係灑少少鹽花,未食過燒蘆筍係有醬汁嘅,嗰個綠色嘅醬汁,甜甜地之餘仲有少少青咖哩味,好特別。
