To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 廳,原來有一間泰國餐廳。星期日下午路過,見下午茶也有不少顧客,比附近餐廳生意好,發覺原來其下午茶選擇很多,飯類有海南雞、豬手、咖喱牛腩、泰式香葉肉碎等。如喜歡麵類,可選擇喇沙、米缐、炒河,什至肉骨茶等等。此外,加錢可選魚餅、蝦餅、鷄翼、鳳爪、炒菜等。今天叫了泰式鹵水豬手飯,一個看似易整但很難掌握得好的菜式。幸好此間餐廳沒令人失望,不單豬手份量非常多,像普通午餐一樣,而且豬手的滷水汁味道清香而不會過濃,豬手的肉質也十分嫩滑,配以調較得不錯的鹵水汁,非常美味。另外,叫了泰式蝦醬炒飯,擺盤別緻,炒飯並配以一串豬肉及臘腸,以40多元的價錢來說,簡直超值!味道方面也絕不遜色,不會將貨就價,蝦醬的調味剛好,飯質不會太乾,肉串也燒烤得不錯,不會太「膿」,三小塊的臘腸分量適中,否則會太肥膩。小食方面,我們加了蝦餅,是熱騰騰而脆卜卜,但以$34 元價錢來說,份量偏少。
