To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去鯉魚門一定要食海鮮是常識吧！但係海鮮街入面嘅酒樓都偏貴 於是就走到海鮮街外嘅呢間富臨酒家 佢做緊個海鮮餐又幾抵食 加埋一同茶介300蚊左右一位 仲要係有固定嘅菜式 一個人都唔驚食得少款芝士焗開邊龍蝦(每位半隻) 龍蝦唔算大隻 但絕對係新鮮貨唔係冰鮮 肉質爽口彈牙 而且芝士味極濃 如果有碗伊面就正白灼生蝦 味道冇乜特別 同樣地新鮮蝦味十足 蝦頭都好鮮甜 有蝦膏果皮蒸鮑魚(每位一隻) 鮑魚大大隻厚肉 邊位洗得乾淨 配埋果皮夠香一啲都唔韌椒鹽瀨尿蝦(每位一隻) 真係夠曬巨型 有成八吋長香港街市都少見 外皮炸得脆卜卜 面頭加上香口炸蒜 味道配搭得宜蒜茸粉絲蒸帶子(每位一隻) 帶子下面加上粉絲 上面加上蒜蓉 甘香惹味索曬帶子嘅甜美清蒸龍躉件 肉質滑溜之餘有咬口 骨唔多 小朋友老人家都啱食豉椒炒肥蜆 好夠鑊氣有大排檔風味 不過若嫌味道過鹹薑蔥炒海蟹(每位半隻) 全餐飯最滿意嘅一部菜 海蟹厚肉多膏 加上薑蔥炒極香大皇燒鵝(例牌) 皮脆肉嫩 咬落有甘香味 鵝油十足迷你珍珠雞 珍珠雞蓉上紅米撈糯米 夠曬健康
