今日預祝家人生日,晚飯大家入咗流浮山食海鮮。家人通常入流浮山都會幫襯成記海鮮酒家,所以今次都係呢間。而我本身對海鮮只係一般,尤其係唔食魚及蟹,所以通常一家人食海鮮時,都會另外叫一啲其他食品。我地一班人大約8點前於附近海鮮檔揀好海鮮,就入座等食。豉油王大蝦 - 夠新鮮,上菜時已經開雙飛,方便處理。肉鬆茄子 - 呢個係店主推介,上枱時有驚喜,感覺唔會油膩,而且亦好食。生炒骨 - 炒得夠火喉,而且肉質時間控制得好。蒜蓉蒸扇貝 - 上次都有叫呢個,新鮮又大粒,水準保持。蜜餞金蠔 - 金蠔好香,咬落口齒頰留香。白灼聖子 - 好新鮮,夠夾薑蔥蟹 - 我無份食,但有份幫家人用鉗開,見到好夠肉,而家人意見係肉質好鮮果皮蒸斑腩 - 家人意見,條魚有啲肥,食落有啲滯麵醬生菜 - OK腐乳炒通菜 - OK揚州炒飯 - 雖然已經好多餸,但個飯炒得好夠火喉,而且配料豐富。另外,成記的店內環境乾及衛生乾淨企理,而且服務亦令人滿意。價錢公道合理。去流浮山食海鮮的可以考慮。
