今日同媽媽慶祝生日,專登book間私房菜食好啲。 一上到來環境好寬敞十分舒適,私隱度足夠。首先上咗個杏汁花膠豬肺湯,奶白色嘅湯底配合炆到好淋嘅花膠再加上飽滿嘅豬潤,為今晚晚餐作一個完美嘅開始。 第二度菜係冰鎮鮑魚,鮮味十足,口感好煙韌。配埋個wasabi秘製醬汁,有畫龍點睛嘅效果。 遼參扒鵝掌: 未食過咁大隻遼參, 難得佢仲可以炆到咁冧有少少爽口嘅感覺。鵝掌非常入味。相信好多人都食過蝦多士,但係呢度嘅蝦多士蝦嗰個份量係你想像唔到咁多。再配埋個柚子蜜醬。昇華到另一個層次 外脆內軟, 絕對係我食過最好食嘅蝦多士 到今晚嘅主角煎釀鯪魚, 新鮮嘅鯪魚肉經調味之後再讓入新鮮鯪魚入面煎。大家可以想像下係食神入面嗰條錦繡多味魚但係冇受輻射! 我只可以講一句好好味呀! 最後上過啫啫唐生菜煲,表面上平平無奇。 但係一打開蓋啲啫啫嘅香味噴出嚟同埋佢個調味同出面嗰啲唔同,甜同鹹個味平衡得好好。絕對值得一試
