To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開通左屯馬綫都沒有來過土瓜灣食飯，難得朋友約我去土瓜灣食晚飯，就介紹呢間四川重口味，有好多選擇有烤魚，酸菜魚，雞煲仲有其他小菜種類繁多。呢間餐廳門口掛上兩個燈籠🏮好特別。餐廳地方都大，座位又舒適又有卡位，燈光明亮。烤魚鯽魚（小辣）烤魚鯽魚大大條又有豆卜，木耳，海帶和芽菜墊底。烤魚大大條，又煎到好香，魚肉肥美又夠入味，點左小辣唔會太辣。炒土豆絲酸酸辣辣又爽脆，開胃可口。泡菜酸辣雞腎，豆角和雞腎又爽口，又有爽脆蘿蔔粒酸酸甜甜，又唔會太辣又夠入味美味可口。
