身邊總有啲中意食辣野嘅朋友,今日一落班就被佢地抓黎拍板,如果唔係佢地帶莪黎,莪都唔會知呢度仲有間菜館,鷄煲,打邊爐,炒菜樣樣有!!泡椒藕帶,清脆可口藕帶,吸引左酸辣的味道,酸酸辣辣更加開胃爽口,特別適合夏天里食慾不佳嘅時候食用。川醬爆臘肉,臘肉一片片薄厚適中,配新鮮辣椒同幹辣椒加啲川醬一起爆炒,令到鹹鮮味十足的臘肉,味道鮮美濃郁,又可排除油膩。最後主角出場,水煮桂花魚滿目的辣椒紅亮特別搶眼,桂花魚切成一片片薄厚適中,一啖入口肉質唔覺韌,口感滑嫩鮮美,油而不膩。既去除左魚的腥味,又保留左魚的鮮嫩,辣而不燥,麻而不苦,十分惹味!

滿目的辣椒紅亮特別搶眼,桂花魚切成一片片薄厚適中,一啖入口肉質唔覺韌,口感滑嫩鮮美,油而不膩。既去除左魚的腥味,又保留左魚的鮮嫩,辣而不燥,麻而不苦,十分惹味!
