好耐冇食kebab, 今日喺天后,知道有呢間小店賣kebab, 咁就行過去試吓。Kebab起源自中東,依家就全世界好多地方都流行,咁當然包括印度。Kebab有不同煮法有用不同材料,多數係串燒肉類,有可能會加蔬菜。今日我就叫咗牛肉kebab, 呢度係用tortilla包住嚟食,裏邊仲加有生菜、蕃茄同紫洋蔥,配合佢獨特嘅醬汁,非常美味。牛肉應該係落咗某啲香草醃過,香味錯綜複雜,直情有啲清香嘅after taste; 配合各種蔬菜和tortilla餅,有牛味蔬菜味小麥味,好正😋
